TROE has a lot of different species of animals roaming the wilds. Prey and predator animals didn’t get affected by the Moonflower, so you will continue to see them as you would in the real world. Below, you’ll find the animals name, their general locations where they can be found, and their difficulty level for hunting parties and solo hunts. If you have an animal you would like to see in the list, let us know by making the suggestion in the suggestion forum. Keep in mind that other animals may exist, it's only a matter of how we discover them!
Elk
Elk are a species of deer that is part of a wolfs main diet. These creatures are shy but they will put up a fight if their health gets below 30%. Tracking an elk would be tricky as you would need to follow many game trials or know where their frequent hangouts are. Elk hides can be used for clothing and their antlers for accessories or weapons when you are out in the wilderness away from any other resources ou may not have at hand.

Grizzly Bear
These monstrous predators are like giant teddy bears with a lot of attitude when it comes to food and protecting their young ones. Grizzlies have long, razor sharp claws and fangs to defend themselves as well as using their weight to their advantage. Though they can be hunted, it is not recommended as these fierce predators bring about casualties and injuries at the highest of levels. Hunting a grizzly would make for a nice coat or pants; their teeth and claws for small daggers.

White Tailed Rabbit
Rabbits quiet, shy creatures. They have large ears good for hearing predators and other dangers and have large back feet fit to carry the rabbit in quick bursts to get away. Rabbits make Rabbit furs make good hats or gloves and warm ankles or wristlet in the winter time. They make a great snack while on the road!

Cougar
Courgars are large wild cats who roam mostly in mountainous areas and sometimes in forests where prey may be hiding. These cats use their weight, claw and teeth to bring down their prey. It is not uncommon for young children to be killed by them, like the grizzly as well. Cougar hides can be used for clothing and accessories as well as their teeth and claws for small uses as well such as necklaces and daggers.

These rodents are more of a snack to a wolf. They roam the open fields where you can find small burrows where they hide to avoid predators such as yourself. Mice aren't much use for anything but food and practically defenseless except when they flee.
